Lead disc with a raised 3mm "nipple". Thought I could see text around it but not so sure now. Help please

Could well be text around the edge rather than a design. Needs some more cleaning out to reveal that detail.
Assuming the other side is plain.
Diameter may be of use.
Hopefully someone will be able to ID for you.
