Found this last March thought it was a Jetten but when cleaning it it looked like silver. I scratch the edge and it looks like silver does any one have a idea what this could be

I thought "billon" was part of the coin ID, until i just googled it and found out its an metal alloy

Vellón in Spanish is an alloy of silver and copper, here most medieval hammereds are billion.
