I had a little break in the north of England for a couple of weeks  Today i decided to have another crack on the green waste field ( glutton for punishment ) Loads of targets as usual most was aluminium and plenty of lead today . I found an area that all of the Romans came from, The bronzes all seem to be circa 4th Century not sure what the silver one is though ? i was pleased to pop a hammy and a cut half long may the hammy run continue on that field  IDs on anything you can and you can click the images to make them bigger ( but i guess you know that )

I wish my green waste fields would too! All I get is a bad back from digging, a headache from the noise, enough aluminium to build a plane and maybe, if I’m lucky, one thing older than me. Yours looks a lot more interesting

A very good day’s results
Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking
