I could be wrong (probably am) but looks to me like a Henry 1st penny with the pointing bust and stars

Very unusual find and appears to be very rare.
Would get that recorded at the Fitzwilliam Institute.

Fairley certain it's Gloucester. There's a Godwine known for BMC 6.
