The D2's remote is the most expensive part and most easily lost. Well you know how the MI-6 has a recovery feature if lost, well wouldn't it be useful if the remote also had a recovery feature for when it falls off the stem, out of a pocket, or off a belt unoticed? Recovery could be triggered by the puck.

Good things come to those who wait.

It would be far less likely to be lost if the stem clip was a tad more positive though.

Xp seems to 'overlook' that it can be lost. It's an Achilles heel. Luckily, once I've set it very few alterations need to be made. I'm an audio user too. However, that's not the point!

Good point Easylife
Mine is now firmly sat in my pocket…but even there it could be lost I guess. On the bracket it’s very easy to loose. Personally I think XP need to change the design as I burnt through three brackets in 18 months with the II, after never replacing one in 6 years with the original Deus.

Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking

When I did stem mount the remote I found that it can be a bit tricky to line up and did not slide on correctly if not in your line of sight. This seems to wear the mount slightly each time, maybe it is of a different plastic to the D1?
