I wouldn't have thought so as you found them before this act came out

Anything found before today that is ‘significant’ is exempt.
Just for clarity though if your collection of silver and gold include items that aren’t coins and over 300 years old then they would have classified previously and should have been declared. If you do have any you aren’t sure about feel free to post them for advice. Declaring items you found years before is fine as you have 14 days to declare them from when you recognise they are treasure.

Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking
Thank you Oxgirl none of my pass finds have been classified as treasure and all.of my sufficient finds have been shown to my FLO .I have been lucky enough to have two of my finds end up in museums (Donated) by myself and the landowner. A bronze age Hammer (British museum)and a roman lead coffin (Taunton Museum) thanks once again Ron
