Leaf arrow head?

I thought all my fields were in crop so not been out lately, but walking round the edge of one sown field i found the flint on the left of the photo. Could anyone confirm if it is a leaf arrow, I found the other arrow on the same field a year ago and an even larger one a long time ago on this field.
One of my farmers has just informed me the a 33 acre field has not been planted as still waterlogged in some places, so i do have somewhere to go for a few weeks. :D

Yes and it looks broken at the tip and reworked afterwards.
