not sure on what it is, but the pattern looks tudor to me :thumbsup:

I'm probably wrong, but I'd say it might be part of a purse bar/frame... :thumbsup:

A Tudor purse bar fragment, Williams class K, Circa 1580 - 1620. :thumbsup:
