Hi everyone found this a while ago and got it out again to give it a clean and can now see a bird engraved on it i was amazed at the time to find it complete.I think it's a finger nail cleaner and hopefully one of you can NAIL down a date as always many thanks Rob

Absolutely beautiful item - the bird is gorgeous!
