Dress Hook Top ? Warrior Queen`s Yesterday find

As the title says, found Yesterday by Warrior Queen.
Assuming top of a Dress Hook.
Not found an exact match yet, looking for a date.
The holes look to contain " dishes " that may have had Gilding or something else.
Measures 21mm x 20mm.

I think it’s a hooked tag, dating 1500-1700. Like this one

Single central flower on a solid design popular in Tudor Times, the top loop is different though, I like it

Can’t be a common variety as there only appears to be one like WQ’s on the whole database. Obviously there are hundreds of similar ones though!
