I found this lead Coat of arms in a ploughed field about 6" down & 200m from a 1000 year old church. I initially thought it was just the usual scrap lead. However when I got home, I cleaned the muck off to reveal what looks like a coat of arms with a small piece of enameling attached to it. I have taken pics from the front and at an angle. The rear is plain and smooth.

Any ideas what it could be? Maybe an English coat of arms or a family coat of arms?

Thanks and look forward to hearing your suggestions..

Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking
