I find that having things on lanyards or curly cords are more of a hinderence so I don't bother. But each to their own. :thumbsup:

It is a hinderence to a degree, but not as big hinderence as reaching down and finding your pinpointer or hand digger gone! :D

I left my detector against a fence when going from one part of my large permission to another , I got to the next area and thought oh FFS i raced back to find it still where i left it despite this being along a main road :o
